ORA Online Solutions LLC provides insurance lead generation and referral services. We are not an insurance company, carrier, broker, or underwriter, and we do not issue, bind, or make coverage decisions. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any government agency, including Medicare, Medicaid, or the Social Security Administration. Submitting a request is not an application for insurance and does not create coverage.

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and provide truthful information about yourself. You may not submit another person’s information without their authorization.

Any price, premium, or benefit amount shown or discussed before carrier review is an estimate for informational purposes only—not a binding quote, offer, or guarantee of coverage. Actual rates and eligibility depend on carrier underwriting, state availability, age, tobacco use, health responses, and other carrier criteria.

By checking the required contact-consent box and submitting the form, you provide prior express written consent for ORA Online Solutions LLC and the licensed insurance agent assigned to your request to contact you at the number provided about insurance products and services, including using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message. Calls may be made even if your number appears on a federal or state Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services and may be revoked at any time by telling the caller to stop, replying STOP to a text, or contacting us.

Do Not Call Policy. We maintain and honor an internal Do Not Call list. Once a valid request is processed, we will take reasonable steps to stop covered calls. We do not authorize telephone solicitations before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. in the recipient’s local time.

Our optional SMS program sends recurring marketing and promotional messages about insurance products and services. Enrollment requires a separate, optional checkbox and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT. You may receive one confirmation message. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is subject to your wireless service and network availability.

You must be at least 18 and the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number. Please see our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

You agree to provide accurate, current information; submit requests only for yourself or with authorization; keep contact details current; avoid false, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading submissions; and not interfere with the site, probe its security, scrape content, use automated access, or attempt unauthorized access.

Licensed agents, agencies, and insurance carriers are independent third parties and are not our employees. We do not control or guarantee their conduct, advice, products, pricing, underwriting, or availability. Any insurance policy you purchase is a contract solely between you and the issuing carrier. Third-party sites and services have their own terms and privacy practices.

The site and its content, design, graphics, text, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ORA Online Solutions LLC and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the site for personal, noncommercial purposes.

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE OR ANY PARTICULAR INSURANCE RESULT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORA ONLINE SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SITE OR SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ORA Online Solutions LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, false or unauthorized submissions, or infringement of another person’s rights.

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Sheridan, Wyoming, or the applicable county, and you consent to those courts’ jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may revise these Terms periodically. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless law requires otherwise. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
